照りつける真夏の空の下、身を隠す日陰ひとつない。けれどそこへ、水が音をたてて流れてくる。逃げ場のない暑さと、ためらいのない水の涼しさ。厳しいものと救いになるものが、同じひとつの景色の中に、そのまま同居している。Under a scorching midsummer sky there is not one patch of shade to hide in. And yet, into it, water comes flowing with a sound. The inescapable heat and the unhesitating coolness of the water — the harsh and the merciful share a single landscape, side by side.
