涼しい風が吹き抜けるので、蜂もとんぼも気持ちよさそうに漂ってくる。言いさしたまま終わる句のかたちが、風の通り道そのもののように開いている。A cool wind blows straight through, and the bees and dragonflies drift along in it as if enjoying it. The poem trails off unfinished, and that open ending feels like the very path the wind takes.
