ひとりで畑を耕していると、いつのまにか歌がこぼれている。聞かせる相手もない歌が、鍬の動きにあわせて出てくる。ひとりの労働がひとりでに歌になる、春の畑のひととき。Working the field alone, at some point a song has slipped out. A song with no one to hear it comes in time with the swing of the hoe. Solitary labor turns of its own accord into song — a spring moment in the vegetable patch.
