ちしゃもみは、ちしゃの葉を酢味噌で和えた郷里の惣菜。ふるさとに帰ってくれば、まずその味がうまい。「ふるさと」を二度言う句形に、いま確かに故郷にいるという実感がこもる。Chisha-momi is a local dish of lettuce leaves dressed in vinegared miso. Home again, the first thing that tastes good is that flavor. Saying "home" twice, the poem's shape holds the plain certainty of being, right now, in one's native place.
