落葉が深く積もった中で水を汲む。汲みあげた水は、はっとするほど澄んでいる。枯れて散り敷くものの下に、こんなに澄んだ水があった。冬に向かう日々の、ささやかな発見の句。He draws water amid deep-piled fallen leaves. The water he lifts is startlingly clear. Beneath the withered things fallen and spread, there was water this clear. A small discovery in the days heading toward winter.
