枯れ尽くした薄の上に、雪が降り積もってゆく。枯れるだけ枯れたものが、さらに雪をかぶって白一色に沈む。枯れることと降ることが重なった、冬の底の景色である。Onto pampas grass withered utterly, the snow falls and piles up. What has withered as far as it can wither now sinks, snow-covered, into a single white. A scene at the bottom of winter, where withering and falling overlap.
