うつむいて歩けば、目に入るのは石ころばかり。行乞の旅は、頭を垂れて歩く旅でもある。石ころしか見えない道の長さに、その日の疲れや気分までが透けて見える。Walking with head bowed, all that meets his eye are pebbles.
