つくつくぼうしの声が、あまりに近い。句の頭と尻を同じ声がはさんで、耳の中まで鳴いているよう。夏の名残の声に、庵ごと包まれている。The cry of the tsukutsukubōshi cicada is far too close. The same voice frames the poem head and tail, as if it were ringing inside his very ears. The whole hut is wrapped in this last voice of summer.
