時雨に濡れながら、身のまわりの草がうつくしい。冷たい雨がかえって草の色を深くしている。濡れることを厭わずその場に立っていると、雨も草も、ひとしく身のまわりのものになる。Wet through by the drizzling winter rain, the grass around him is beautiful. The cold rain, if anything, deepens the grass's color. Standing his ground without minding the wet, both rain and grass become, equally, things close about him.
