遠く、近く、どこかの奥で、何かが鳴いている。姿は見えず、名も言われない。ただその声のありかを耳で探している時間だけが、そのまま句になっている。Far off, close by, somewhere in the depths, something is calling. Its form unseen, its name unspoken. Only the stretch of time spent tracing that voice with the ear becomes, just as it is, the poem.
