何とかしたい草の葉のそよげどもwanting to do something — though the grass blades sway

暮らしのことか、自分のことか、何とかしたいと思いあぐねている。目の前では草の葉がただそよいでいるばかり。思い悩む人間のかたわらで、草は悩まない。そのそよぎが答えのようでもある。About his life, or about himself, he broods, wanting somehow to do something. Before his eyes the grass blades only sway. Beside a brooding human, the grass does not brood. That swaying seems almost to be an answer.
