「伊那町にて」と前書がある。この沢の水も、あの谷の水も、やがて合わさって天龍川となる。あちこちの水音が、ひとつの大きな流れの音に育ってゆく。Headed "at Ina." The water of this ravine, the water of that valley, all joining at last to become the Tenryū River. The sounds of water from here and there grow into the sound of one great flow.
